FEE Regulations 2021-22

Fee can be deposited in cash and through cheques drawn in favour of SHIVANI PUBLIC SCHOOL. Cheque bounce charges Rs. 500/-. ONLINE FEE TRANSACTION can be only done through e-Care Pro app.

  • Fee transactions can also be done through SPS MOBILE PORTAL or payment link provided on school website :www.spslucknow.in It can also be paid through parent’s login credentials in e-Care pro app.
  • Fee should be deposited before or on 20th of every month.
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Fee can also be deposited in monthly, and annual instalments.
  • Late Fee fine is Rs. 100/- and is applicable after 20th of every month (in the due month)
  • In case of non-deposition of Fee (with late fine) till the last day of the month, student’s name will be struck off without any further notice and re-admission charges will be applicable with late fine.
  • Parents are advised to ensure safely original fee receipt record and shall produce the same for reconciliation, if required by the school.
  • Conveyance fee will be charged as per kilometre distance basis and will be decided by the school management.
  • Conveyance fee is charged for 12 months. Once the facility is availed, it can not be withdrawn in between the academic session and will continue till the end of the academic session.

Note :

  • Parents/guardians have to clearly mention at the time of admission if they want to avail school transport facility for their wards or not.
  • Supporting testimonials are to be produced in case of Martyrs and physically handicapped, CRPF, PAC forces, U.P. Police candidates during the time of Admission.

  • Fee once paid is not refundable in any circumstances
  • Fee deposition can be paid Monthly or Annually
  • Late Fee fine will be Rs.100/- to be charged after 15th of every month.
  • In case of onetime payment in the month of April, the tuition fee of one month will be waived off.
  • Fee of December –March to be paid in the month of December.
  • Fee of August-February to be paid in the month of August.
  • In case of non deposition of fee along with late fine till last day of the month, student’s name can be struck off without any notice and re-admission charges will be applicable with late fine.
  • Parents are advised to keep the fee receipt in original in their safe custody and produce the same for reconciliation, if required by the school.
